- Relieve headaches caused by eye fatigue：1 drop of peppermint essential oil + 1 drop of lavender essential oil + 1 drop of grapefruit essential oil + 1 drop of lemon essential oil, drop in a diffuser or aromatherapy machine or hot water, steam.
